Expanded utility combines tape-style time calculations, payroll tools, date planning, saved records and flight timing in one privacy-focused app

Pflugerville, United States, September 15, 2026 -- AUSTIN, Texas, September 14, 2026 — Verosocial LLC today announced the complete relaunch of Time & Date Work Calculator, an expanded productivity utility for calculating work hours, elapsed time, payroll, dates, deadlines, business days and flight timing.

The relaunched app brings time and date calculations into one organized workspace. Employees can check timesheets, managers can review schedules and overtime, freelancers can total billable hours, and individuals can plan deadlines without creating spreadsheet formulas.

A central feature of the app is its collection of time-column calculators. These calculators allow users to enter multiple durations in familiar formats such as HH, HH:MM, MM and DD:HH:MM. The entries are displayed as a running tape, making it easier to review each value, identify an incorrect entry and verify how the final result was calculated.

The tape-style approach is useful when totaling work sessions, service calls, project tasks, lesson periods, exercise intervals, media runtimes, travel segments or other activities recorded as separate time entries. Instead of converting every duration to decimal values, users can enter the times in the format in which they were originally recorded.

Time entries can be added to or subtracted from the running total. Users can also combine a start time and end time with additional time adjustments. For example, a user can calculate the elapsed time between the beginning and end of a shift, subtract an unpaid break and add another work period to determine the complete amount of paid time.

This combination of start and end times with tape-style addition and subtraction supports calculations that are difficult to complete with a standard calculator. It also provides a visible record of the calculation, allowing users to review the individual entries before using the result in a timesheet, invoice, schedule or report.

“Many time calculations involve more than subtracting one clock time from another,” Verosocial LLC stated. “The tape-style calculators provide a clear way to combine start times, end times, breaks and additional durations while keeping every part of the calculation visible.”

Time & Date Work Calculator includes:

  • Tape-style addition and subtraction of multiple time entries

  • Time-column totals in HH, HH:MM, MM and DD:HH:MM formats

  • Start-time and end-time calculations with added or subtracted adjustments

  • Elapsed-time calculations using 12-hour or 24-hour formats

  • Support for shifts and other time periods that cross midnight

  • Multiplication and division of durations for rates, batches and repeated tasks

  • Conversion between clock time, decimal hours, minutes and seconds

  • Shift length, unpaid break, rounding and overtime calculations

  • Weekly shift records and CSV summary exports

  • Date differences measured in years, months, weeks, weekdays or days

  • Date addition and subtraction for deadlines and project milestones

  • Business-day and working-hour calculations using selected schedules

  • Countdown planning with steps, buffers and workday limits

  • Pilot calculations for groundspeed, ETE, ETA, fuel, endurance, duty and rest

  • Saved calculator History with names, transcripts and visual captures

  • Favorites for quick access to frequently used calculators

  • JSON export and import for supported records and tracked dates

The redesigned History system organizes saved results according to the calculator that produced them. Users can search records, review the original calculator view, retain similar calculations for comparison and remove individual entries without clearing an entire collection.

The app also includes a dedicated system for tracking important dates. Saved dates can be titled, tagged, searched, sorted and displayed on a yearly calendar. Optional calendar references include Christian, Hebrew and astrology systems.

Time & Date Work Calculator does not collect user data, according to the developer’s App Store privacy disclosure. Its backup and transfer tools use files controlled by the user, including separate JSON formats for calculator projects, History records and tracked dates.

The app is available as a free download with daily usage limits. Advanced calculators, Favorites and data-transfer features are available through Monthly Pro for $1.99 per month or a Lifetime Pro Unlock for $9.99. Prices may vary by country or region.

Time & Date Work Calculator is available for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It requires iOS or iPadOS 17.5 or later and watchOS 10.0 or later.

Early Cloud Adopters Bridge the Data and Security Gap in Travel

[The content of this article has been produced by our advertising partner.] Doesn’t matter if you’ve finished ticking off your travel bucket list, chances are you’re already well familiar with Expedia and Airbnb, which have become huge success stories both within and outside of the travel industry. As one of the first online travel agencies and property marketplaces respectively, Expedia and Airbnb have no doubt blazed the trail by adopting AI and cloud computing relatively early in their business. With Amazon Web Services (AWS) at the back-end, the companies have bridged the gap in data processing and security, successfully standing out from the pack to create exciting new experiences for customers.  Maximizing Performance to Accommodate Customer Demand Airbnb in particular, has come a long way since its humble beginnings. What started as two flatmates hosting conference attendees on air mattresses for extra cash, grew into an international peer-to-peer lodging platform that has since welcomed over 1.5 billion guests, forever changing how wanderlusts find accommodation. However, faced with service administration challenges in 2009, the one-year-old startup was struggling due to high customer demand, thus migrating nearly all of their functions to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for better efficiency. The entire database migration was done within just 15 minutes, meaning that users did not have to experience prolonged downtime, and Airbnb now uses Amazon Elastic MapReduce to process plus analyze over 50 Gigabytes of data daily, while housing backups and static files on Amazon Simple Storage Service. To simplify time-consuming administrative tasks, AWS Management Console completes replication, scaling and other difficult procedures associated with databases with a basic API call, enabling maximum performance across the board. Fueling Business Growth with Data Processing Prowess Expedia had engaged the AWS team in 2010 with a similar goal: improve processing speed and accuracy to keep site abandonment…
